How do I join a group trip?
Browse trips on the home page, click any trip card to view details, then click Join Trip. After verifying your profile and confirming the booking, you will be added to the group chat instantly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days before: full refund minus 250 rupees processing fee. Cancel 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Cancel within 72 hours: no refund. Refunds processed in 5-7 business days.
How does expense splitting work?
Any group member can add expenses to the trip. Choose split method (equal / percentage / custom). The app calculates real-time balances. Settle via direct UPI - zero gateway fees.
How do I withdraw wallet money?
Go to your Wallet. Click Withdraw to UPI. Enter UPI ID. Funds arrive within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal: 500 rupees for UPI, 1,000 rupees for bank.
How do I report a member?
Open the member profile, click the menu icon, select Report. Choose reason. Our moderation team reviews within 24 hours. Read more in our Safety Center.
What if a trip is cancelled by the organizer?
Full automatic refund within 48 hours. You will be notified instantly via email and WhatsApp. We also recommend alternative trips matching your dates.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link from the Referral Dashboard. When a friend signs up and completes their first trip, you both earn 500 rupees in your wallets.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption for chats, store passwords with bcrypt, and never share your phone or UPI ID without permission. Read our Privacy Policy.
